PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Darkening welding helmets are designed to protect the eyes and face from sparks, spatter
and harmful radiation resulting in normal welding.
Welding helmets AW-Tools (LY500) suitable for use as personal protection during welding
and cutting arc.
It is forbidden to use the same dimming helmets as a means of personal protection
during welding and gas cutting, welding and laser cutting.
Visor can also be used as a means of personal protection during minor and short grinding
(grinding metal surfaces using a serrated discs, not suitable for personal protection during metal
cutting discs grinding).
GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION
For your safety, before using this product read, understand, and follow all the information
provided with the Operating and safety instruction completely and familiarize yourself thoroughly
with the product, its components and recognize the hazards associated with its use.
The owner and operator of this equipment shall have an understanding of this porta power jack

Inspect before each use
. Prior to each use, visually inspect for damaged, loose or missing
parts. In case of any irregularities in the functioning of the helmet, doubts about its proper use, you
should report it to your supervisor, contact your dealer or local authorized service center. Non
authorized parts may be dangerous and will invalidate warranty.

The helmet does not protect against explosive devices or corrosive liquids.

Renew a protective windscreen. Using the original glass.
9.
Regularly clean the surfaces of the filter, do not use strong cleaning solutions.
10.
Sensors and solar cells behave always clean.
11.
Do not make any modifications in the construction of the filter or the helmet. Do not use
parts other than those supplied by an authorized service center. Unauthorized modifications
and replacement parts will void your warranty and expose the operator to the risk of injury.
12.
It is forbidden to open and manipulate the filter dimming.
13.
Use at: -10°C - +60°C (23°F - 131°F).
14.
Store at: -20°C - +70°C (-4°F – 158°F).
