Troubleshooting
General
1.
Turn the CON300-IP off and on again and check if the problem persists.
2.
If it does, restore to the factory default.
Power Issues
No display and no button lights:
1.
Check the net power.
2.
Check the power supply.
Serial functionality issues
Cannot control the camera (controller is not responding):
• Check serial cable(s) and the RJ45 termination.
• Reset to factory default by choosing controller menu option 11.
IP functionality issues
Cannot control camera (controller is not responding):
• Check network cable.
• Check if the controller is in the same subnet as camera.
• Reset the factory default by choosing controller menu option 11.
