AVWorks Installer/User Guide
To unlock an account:
1. Click the
Settings
tab in the AVR AMP.
2. Select the
User
s category.
3. Select the user to unlock.
4. Click the
Unlock
button.
5. Click
Apply
to save any changes without exiting the AMP.

Click
OK
to save any changes and exit the AMP.
-or-
Click
Cancel
to exit the AMP without saving any changes.
A locked-out user will also be unlocked if the appliance is power-cycled or when the configured
lock-out duration expires.
Managing User Sessions
The Status panel displays information about currently active Video Viewer sessions. Each line of
session information includes:
•
The name of the user who is logged in to the session.
•
The length of time this session has been active, in the form hours:minutes:seconds. If the ses-
sion has been active for more than 24 hours, the number of days precedes the other time infor-
mation. For example, a session that has been active for two days, three hours, seven minutes
and 52 seconds will show 2d 3:07:52.
•
The name of the device to which this session is connected. If the session is connected to an
AVRIQ module with no attached cascade switch, the AVRIQ ID is displayed. If the session
is connected to a cascade switch channel, the AVRIQ ID, switch name and channel number
is displayed.
•
The IP address of the remote client connected to this session.
To disconnect a user session:
1. Click the
Status
tab in the AVR AMP.
2. Select one or more users to disconnect. Use the
Shift
or
Ctrl
key to select multiple users.
3. Click the
Disconnect Session
button. A message prompts you to confirm the disconnect request.
4. Click
Yes
to disconnect the user(s).

Click
No
to cancel the disconnect.
5. Click
Apply
to save any changes without exiting the AMP.

Click
OK
to save any changes and exit the AMP.

Click
Cancel
to exit the AMP without saving any changes.
