The Support team assists you in resolving any problems with your
FRITZ! products.
Preparations
Keep the following device information handy:
• Model
• Serial number
• FRITZ!OS Version
• Country
• Internet service provider
• Information on the operating system, network (LAN or Wi-Fi)
• Any error messages displayed
Instructions: Support by Email
1.
Start a web browser on your computer, tablet or smartphone.
2.
in the address bar of the browser.

Select from the “Service” area the FRITZ!Box model for which
you need support.
4.
Enter a keyword in the search field of the Knowledge Base or se-
lect an FAQ (frequently asked question).
5.
If you need more help, click on “Support request”.
6.
Fill out the form and click on “Submit support request”.
Our Support team will respond by email as quickly as possible.
