Cleaning the Manual Tray Roller
If the paper tray rollers are is dirty, paper powder is attached to it, or after 5,000
prints or copies, paper may not be fed properly or paper jam. In this case, clean the
paper tray rollers.
1.
Slightly wet a soft and lint-free cloth with isopropyl alcohol (95%).
2.
Pull down the manual tray as shown.
3.
Push the roller internally and remove the roller.
4.
Wipe the surface of the roller from left to right and then right to left until
the roller is completely cleaned.
