The front panel channel strip of the AN-16/i-M
The front panel of the AN‑16/i‑M contains the channel input strip, Stereo Link
switches, Signal Present LEDs, Clip LEDs, power indicator, and the AC power
switch.
Channel LEDs
The numbered channels on the AN‑16/i‑M front panel correspond to the
sixteen analog (mic or line) audio inputs on the rear panel of the unit. They
are grouped together in pairs—Channels 1 and 2, Channels 3 and 4, etc.
Each channel contains three LEDs, one showing that there is an audio signal
