Connecting to the mains
power supply
WARNING!
The machine is connected with the mains
supply! Contact with energised components
can result in life-endangering currents
through the body as well as burns.

The mains connection may only be per-
formed by authorised specialists who are
aware of the risks involved.

Ensure that the machine is switched off
before connecting power cable.

Only operate the machine using the sys-
tem voltage indicated on the nameplate.

Only plug machine in to a correctly in-
stalled socket with an earth contact.

The length of the power cable must not
exceed 3m.
– The machine side power plug has a defi-
nite phase position.

Pay attention to the phase position when
connecting the machine.
– Power switch = Separator

If the power switch can not be accessed,
e. g. due to the mounting position of the
machine, an
additional accessible power
switch must be installed.
The ALS 30x dispenser comes with a loose machine
connector [48].
– Article number: A9546

Mount the machine side connector as follows onto
the power cable.

Connect the other cable end to the mains.
Pay attention to the definite phase position [49L]
when doing so.
