About this task
To configure to perform AAA services for system users, do the following:

3. Enable services over serial or Telnet connections.
4. Enable authorization and specify privilege levels.
5. Enable accounting.
Important:
You can enable authorization without enabling accounting, and you
can enable accounting without enabling authorization.
