Establishing several connections
You can accept another call while you are already making a call (
Second call
). You can
speak with several parties alternately and switch back and forth between them as desired. You
can speak with two callers simultaneously (conference).
Forwarding additional callers
If you want to put your opposite party through, for example to the call number 1234:
Press the "Refer-back" function key.
Enter the number to which you want to connect your opposite party (in this
example 1234). If the called party answers, you can announce the caller to him. The first party
is put on hold.
Scroll to the
Transfer to ...
menu item.
Confirm entry.

If the called subscriber answers, you can put the first party through simply by hanging up.
•
If the called subscriber does not answer, you can return to the first party by pressing
"Esc".
Answering an additional call (second call)
Scroll to the
Call from 06975058
menu item.
Confirm entry. You are connected to the additional caller. The first caller is now on hold
and cannot hear your other conversation.

If you want to end the existing call because of a second call, press the "Esc" key.
Consultation during a call (Refer-back)
During a call:
Press the "Refer-back" function key. The opposite party is put on hold.
...
Enter the number of the subscriber whom you wish to consult.

You can also start the refer-back call under the menu item "New call to ...".
