Headset - answering calls
You receive a call.
Press the "Handsfree / monitoring" function key. The LED next to the function key begins to
flash and you can speak to the caller via the headset.
If you want to end the call:
Press the "Monitoring/Handsfree" function key again (the LED goes out).

If you want someone else to be able to hear your call, you have two options:
1.
Select the
Monitoring
menu item and press the "OK" key. The opposite party can now
also be heard over the loudspeaker.
2.
Pick up the handset. The opposite party can now also be heard over the handset (spea-
king over the handset is not possible).
You can deactivate monitoring again by pressing "OK" again (in the first case) or replacing
the handset (in the second case).

You can switch off the microphone if you do not want your opposite party to hear what is
being said at your end: Press the "Mute" key on the headset or a function key which has
been assigned for the purpose on your telephone, or use the menu.
