unless all bays are populated with either a component or a blank.

To reduce the risk of personal injury, electric shock, or damage to the equipment,
remove the power cord to remove power from the server. The front panel Power
On/Standby button does not completely shut off system power. Portions of the
power supply and some internal circuitry remain active until you remove AC
power.
To disconnect the power to the power supply:
1. Remove the power cord from the server’s power supply.

To remove the defective power supply:
1. Open the cable management arm, if present, to access the rear panel.
2. While grasping the handle press the thumb release tab of the power supply in bay 1 (Note 1
