Configuring default check in language
About this task
When a customer checks into the hotel, the hotel PMS normally configures the preferred
language for that customer. If the preferred language information is not provided, the HMS 400
system uses the Default Check In Language that you configure in the following procedure.
Procedure
1. On the
Web Configuration
main navigation bar, click
System Configuration
.
2. In the
System Configuration
navigation, in the
System Settings
section, click

beside General Setting.
3. In the
Default Check In Language
section, click
Edit
.
4. In the
Language
list, select the default language.
