About this task

Use this procedure to turn off Simultaneous Ring Personal when you are on an active call.

Procedure

1. On the phone, go to

Simultaneous ringing

Config

2. On the Simultaneous ringing page, scroll to

Do not ring with active call

3. Press

Toggle

to disable or enable the setting.

The changes will be saved automatically.
