If you continue to have a problem, contact Avaya Technical Support:
1. Log in to the Avaya Technical Support Web site
2. Contact Avaya Technical Support at one of the telephone numbers in the Support Directory listings on the Avaya
support Web site.
If the setup includes Avaya Setup tool installed on PC and USB connectivity to this PC, the log files can be obtained for
better troubleshooting at C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Avaya\Avaya Setup Tool\logs.
