13. If you are upgrading an LSP such that you created this super-user login on the primary
controller, do the following also on the primary controller.
a. Log in with
telnet
or
ssh
.
b. At the Linux command line, type
filesync -a
<IP_address_of_LSP>
, where
<IP_address_of_LSP>
is the IP address of the LSP you are upgrading.
If upgrading an LSP, synchronize translations from the primary
controller
If you are upgrading an LSP such that you created this super-user login on the primary
controller, do the following also on the primary controller.
1. Log in with
telnet
or
ssh
.
2. At the Linux command line, type
filesync -a
<IP_address_of_LSP>
, where
<IP_address_of_LSP>
is the IP address of the LSP you are upgrading.
If the server is an LSP, stop and start Communication Manager
If you are upgrading an LSP, you must restart Communication Manager to sync the license for
LSP status.
1. Access the server’s command line interface using an SSH client, like PuTTY, and an IP
address of
192.11.13.6
.

stop -caf

start -ca
