Migrating to an Avaya™ S8700 Media Server with Avaya™ MCC1 or SCC1 Media Gateway
Completing the Installation Administration

 May 2003

Enable and disable Ethernet switch ports 

You may want to disable unused ports on the Avaya Ethernet switch (if used).

The following administration is done on a computer connected to the active media server using 
the Maintenance Web Interface.

Under Miscellaneous, click Enable/Disable Ethernet Switch Ports to select an Ethernet 
switch to administer.
