For Flare Experience to register successfully with Session Manager, the 

Server

 settings must be 

configured with the Session Manager IP address, server port, transport type, and domain name as 
shown below. 
 

 

 

8.  Connect Plantronics Blackwire C500 USB Headsets 

Simply connect the Blackwire C500 Series Headset to a USB port on the PC running Flare 
Experience.  Flare Experience will automatically detect it.  Refer to

 for instructions on using 

the Plantronics headset.
