PORT SAFETY CLASSIFICATION
The ArgentPhone 8, ArgentPhone 16 and ArgentPhone 30 have the following ports in
common:

1 x Expansion ports.

1 x DTE port.

1 x DC Power Input port.

8 x Telephone Extension ports.

The ArgentPhone 16 has an additional:

These are also classified as SELV.
The ArgentPhone 30 has an additional:

22 x Telephone Extension ports.
These are also classified as SELV.
Interconnection circuits shall be selected to provide continued conformance with the
requirements of EN 609050:1992/A3:1995 clause 2.3 for SELV circuits and with the
requirements of clause 6 for TNV circuits, after connections between equipment.
This product is approved for internal use only. If any cables connected to the
product leave the building it is the responsibility of the equipment installers to
ensure the cables are adequately protected.
