Setting the redial interval
When you activate the automatic redial feature, use this procedure to set the time that elapses
between two automatic redials.
The options are 15, 30, 60, 90 or 120 seconds.
1. Press the Avaya Home button.
2. Select Settings .
3. Press the OK button.
4. Select Dial settings .
5. Press the OK button.
6. Select Redial every … s .
7. Press the Modify softkey several times until you see the time interval you want.
8. Press the Back softkey.
The system saves the new setting.
Setting the number to show to the external subscribers
For external calls, you can administer your telephone settings regarding the telephone number
that the external caller can see. You can specify whether the number on display is your internal
extension number or only the company telephone number.
This feature must be supported by your network provider.
Note:
You can also use the Anonymous calling feature to prevent display of any calling number
for a specific call you make.
