Voicemail
Note:
The voicemail feature is available only if it is configured in the system.
Receiving a voicemail
When you receive a voicemail, it is indicated by the
icon in the status bar, and the phone screen
automatically displays the content of the voice mail notification. You can press
Call
to dial the
voicemail when the content of the notification is displayed. In case you pressed
Close
, you can still
dial the voicemail by long-pressing
in idle mode or from the
Inbox
menu.
Information is stored in the
Messaging
inbox until you listen to all the voicemail messages.
Checking the voicemail inbox
Procedure
1. Press
Menu
.
2. Select
Messaging
.
3. Select
Inbox
.
4. Select a message prefixed with the
icon, and then press
View
to check the voicemail.
5.
Press
Call
or
to dial the voicemail.
One key voicemail access
You can use the
key to quickly access voicemail. In the idle mode, long-press
to dial
voicemail. If the extension number is not available, the system displays the
“Voice mail number
not defined”
message.
Some systems require that the mailbox extension number is downloaded to the handset.

Receive a message with request for answer
In the status bar, a message with request for answer is indicated the same way as an ordinary
message.
