Calling a contact from the central phone book
Procedure
1. Press

3. Select
Central phonebook

4. Search for a contact in any of the following ways:
a.
Search by name
: Enter the first name and the last name or both.
You can enter incomplete names and names that include spaces.
b.
Search by number
: Enter the number.
5. Press
Search
.
The system displays the search results.

(Optional)
To view the last search results, select
Central phonebook
>
Last result
.
7.
Press
Call
or the
Off-hook
(
) key to call the contact.
Adding a contact
Procedure
1. Press

3. To add a new contact, select

Name
and press
Add

5. In the

field, enter the name for the contact, and then press
OK

6. Select one of the following:
