4.5. WORK CYCLE
The machine is designed to heat a food industry oven for baking bread and/or pizza.
The operator turns on the burner pilot flame using the controls on the control panel; using the ignition and
flame adjustment knob, the operator can raise or lower the intensity of the flame and consequently, the internal
temperature of the oven.
At the end of the work cycle, the operator switches off the flame and the control unit.
