1.4 Changing Temperature and Hold Time in a Gradient Step
Gradient Temperature Step is only available with reference ZFD002 Gradient
Type Thermal Cycler.
To change temperature value:

In the Edit Program screen, touch up or down temperature box to open the
Gradient Temperature Edit window.

to enter temperature of the left and right column of
sample block. The right part of the window will display calculated temperature
gradient from the first column to the last column (from the 1
st
to 12
th
for the 96
wells sample block module).
The allowable gradient temperature range:
Left: 30°C ~ 104°C;
Right: 31°C ~ 105°C;
Difference between the Left and Right: 1°C ~ 30°C.
To change hold time:
1. Touch hold time box.
2. Enter a value in the pop-up keyboard and then touch
Ok
