TRANSMITTER PROGRAMMING
In the event, you should need to add or replace a Remote Control Transmitter, it is important that
you follow the instructions below.
Note:
Each step must be performed within 10 seconds of the previous step otherwise the
system will exit the programming mode.
1. Enter:
a. Turn the vehicles ignition to the “ON” position
b. Push the valet switch 3 times. There will be 1 long chirp and 1 short
chirp
c. You are now ready to program the Remote Control Transmitter(s).
2. Programming the Remote Control Transmitters:
a. Press any button on the first Remote Control Transmitter. There will be 1 short chirp.
b. Within 10 seconds push any button on the second Remote Control Transmitter. There will
be 2 short chirps.
3. Exit:
a. Turn the vehicles ignition key to the “OFF” position, Or
b. Leave for 10 seconds; there will be 3 long chirps to confirm exit.
Note:
The system will allow programming of 4 transmitters. If more than 4 transmitters are
programmed, the system will only keep the last 4.
SECOND VEHICLE TRANSMITTER PROGRAMMING
Your AutoPage Security System’s Remote Control Transmitter can be utilized to control a second
vehicle equipped with an RF-305 or RF-405. To program the Remote Control Transmitter to a
second vehicle, follow the instructions for Remote Transmitter Programming. All programming
parameters will be the same except for the following.
1. Prior to pushing any button on the Remote Control Transmitter. Select the Green side shift
button first.
2. Once the Green side shift is pressed the LED on the Remote Control Transmitter will
illuminate for 3 seconds.
3. While the LED is illuminated, press any button on the Remote Control Transmitter.
