PLEXIGLAS SURFACES



Remove dust and clean all photocell and pictogram Plexiglas covers with a damp cloth.

Use a clean damp cloth (water only), followed by a dry cloth. NEVER use any base
products, aromatics, hydrocarbons or solvent agents to clean the lens.



Look for damages or scratches that could prevent photocells from functioning properly.

PICTOGRAMS



Visually inspect all pictograms to detect any burnt or damaged LEDs. If you have the optional

maintenance panel, activate the Pictogram test (in Maintenance mode) to verify all LEDs and colors.

9.15.

PLC AND VFD



Verify all electrical connections to the PLC (programmable logic controller) and the VFD (variable

frequency drive).

9.16.

CABLES AND CONNECTIONS



Visually inspect all cables to make sure they are not damaged or twisted.



Make sure all wires and cables are firmly connected.

NUTS AND BOLTS



Verify and tighten all nuts and bolts.
