Inspect motors

Inspect crank shaft assembly
•
Inspect mechanic unlocking lever
•
Inspect mechanic unlocking spring
•
Inspect and adjust blocker mechanism
•
Inspect and adjust analog sensors
•
Inspect rods
•
Inspect rockers up and down
•
Inspect plinth
•
Inspect spring and adjustment
•
Inspect shutter, shutter protectors, guides and
slider
•
Inspect all DIRAS
•
Inspect and clean all Plexiglass
o
NEVER use any base products, aromatics,
hydrocarbons or solvent agents to clean the
lens

Inspect all pictograms
•
Inspect PLC and VSC
•
Inspect all cables and connections
•
Measure main (120VAC) and low (24VDC) voltages
•
Inspect and tighten all bolts

Lubricate

Balance spring

Clean all the inside of the SL with a vacuum
