To enter a length on the edit bar by clicking on an entity

Select an entity, such as a line, in your drawing.

Place the insertion point in the length text box and press CTRL+ENTER.

Press and hold SHIFT.

Click an entity in the drawing. A length associated with the type of entity
you clicked on is entered on the edit bar:
Entering Angles
AutoSketch recognizes three types of angles: standard angles, compass
angles, and bearings. Standard angles measure rotation counterclockwise
with respect to the x-axis. Compass angles measure rotation clockwise with
respect to the y-axis.
