Test Preparation
Inspecting the Battery
Before starting a test, inspect the battery for:
Cracking, buckling or leaking (If you see any of these defects, replace the battery.)
Corroded, loose or damaged cables and connections (Repair or replace as needed.)
Corrosion on the battery terminals, and dirt or acid on the case top (Clean the case
and terminals using a wire brush and a mixture of water and baking soda.)
Establishing Communication
To connect MaxiBAS BT506 with MK906 Pro/MK906 Pro-TS
Turn on both the MaxiBAS BT506 and MK906 Pro/MK906 Pro-TS.
Tap the
Settings
application on the MaxiCOM Job Menu of the MK906
Pro/MK906 Pro-TS, and select
VCI Manager > BAS BT
.
Tap
Scan
at the upper right corner of the tablet’s screen.
The device name may display as Maxi suffixed with a serial number. Select
the appropriate device for pairing.
