Support Operations
This application launches the Support platform
that
synchronizes Autel
’s
online service base station with the
t
ablet. In order to synchronize the
device to your online account, you need to register the product through the
Internet when you use it for the first time. The Support application is
connected to Autel
’s service channel and on-line communities which provides
the quickest way for problem solutions, allowing you to submit complaints or
sent help requests to obtain direct services and supports.
Product Registration
In order to get access to the Support platform and obtain update and other
services from Autel, you are required to register the MaxiCheck
Diagnostic Device.
To register the diagnostic device

On the Sign In page, input your account ID and
password.

If you are a new
Autel product user
and do not have an account
yet,
click the
Create Autel ID
button
on the left side.

Enter the required information in the input fields, read through
Autel
’s Terms and Conditions and
check
Agree
, and then click
Create Autel ID
to continue.
5.
A
confirmation email
will be sent
to
the registered
email address.
Validate your account by
clicking
on
th
e
link provided
. A product
registration screen
displays
.
6.
The
device
’s serial number and password
are located on the
About screen in under Settings on the tablet.
7.
Select the product model of your device, enter the product serial
number and password on the Product Registration screen, and
click
Submit
to complete the
registration.
