18. Electrical Connection FSN-E

18.1 General Instructions
a) As a matter of principle, the electrical connectivity is to be carried out as per the circuit diagram
pasted in to the connection space of the storage tank.
b) Ensure the correct connection voltage!
c) An all-pole isolation switch with a contact opening width of 3 mm is to be provided in the electri-
cal supply line. Automatic circuit breakers are also permissible as isolators.
d) The connection cable must be inserted into the connection space of the storage tank and be
prevented from being pulled out and twisted by a strain relief mechanism. For register storage
heaters a second cable insert is provided for the charging pump control cable.
e) For the installation and intrusive interventions into the device the hot water storage tank must first
be isolated completely (all poles) and on every side from the power supply in compliance with EN
50110 (ÖVE, TAEV).
Before carrying out any further works the system must be secured against the accidental recon-
nection of the power supply (remove the fuses, trigger the mains circuit breaker).
