Drive Slot Numbering
The system software recognizes slot numbers as a continuation from the base cabinet to the first
expansion cabinet, and then to the second expansion cabinet. The NS 7000/060 expansion cabinet
supports up to 84 drives.
For information on installing and removing drives in the NetServer, refer to Appendix A in your
hardware manual.
