Configuring Internal IP Telephony
Note:
If no calls are possible via VoIP, although account registration and
perhaps even an initial call were successful, this might have something to do
with a very short timeout configured in the firewall. Reduce the
Interval for
NAT Keep Alive
for all of the providers used (
Public switched tel. networks
> Voice over IP (VoIP) > Provider > Configure
).
Configuring Internal IP Telephony
Requirements:

Internal VoIP channel (optional, see chapter Important Information > Product Details >
Basic Assembly and Extensions)
Proceed as follows:
1. Configure a VoIP channel as an internal VoIP channel for each planned internal VoIP
subscriber.
2. If necessary, configure the
SIP port of the internal VoIP registrar
.
3. Create internal numbers for the VoIP subscribers.
4. If required, change the automatically generated PINs and passwords (see chapter
Settings > Protection from Unauthorised Access > Configuring User PINs and
Passwords).
Note:
The user passwords are needed to authenticate the VoIP telephones
when they are registered with the PBX.
5. Configure the VoIP end devices. To do this, you need the following information:

IP address or URL of the PBX
SIP port of the internal VoIP registrar
Internal number of the VoIP subscriber
User password of the VoIP subscriber
