Switching the Form Feed On/Off
If the form feed is disabled, each telephone bill will be printed out on an individual page (for
e. g.
3
under
Number of printouts
3 pages will be printed out for each telephone bill).
If the form feed is disabled, the telephone bills (original do copies or invoices of
different guests) are printed out in sequence without blank lines.
Proceed as follows:

Using the configuration manager
Requirements:

For using the print option: Printer connected to the PBX (PCL4-compatible (HP Laserjet))
•
For using the print option: Configured reception telephone
•
For using the print option: Enabled print option
1. Open the page
Functions > Hotel function > Create print form
.
2. Select or clear the
Form feed
check box under
Number of printouts
.
Entering the Header Text
7 lines with up to 80 characters each are available for the invoice header text. The 8th line of
the printout is automatically left blank.
The standard alignment of the text is alignment to the left. Since the selected font always has
the same character width as with a typewiter (not proportional), the alignment of the text can
be changed by blanks used as prefixes.
The sequence of the lines on the printout is the same as entered here. If two lines are to be
separated from each other by a blank line, it is necessary to leave this line blank here, as well.
If one line (or several lines) has (have) to be emphasised particularly, the text in this line can
be printed in bold.
