Initiating a Query Call
Query Calls
During a query call, you are talking with one subscriber while your previous communication
partner is on hold on the PBX in the background listening to hold music.
A query call is initiated either by calling a query call subscriber, using pick-up during a call, or
by accepting a call signalled by call waiting.
Initiating a Query Call
Requirements:

For a query call with two external communication partners: at least two external call
channels
During a call, proceed as follows:
1. Press the
Flash key
or the
Query key
.
2. Enter a phone number. Possible entries:
The subscriber is called.
Note:
After pressing the
Flash key
or the
Query key
, you can also initiate other call
types (e. g. private calls), an InterCom announcement, or a pick-up.
Exception: During a door call only the dialling of one phone number is
possible.
