Defines which kind of phone numbers may be dialled with a subscriber.
International
All international and domestic numbers can be dialled.
National
All domestic numbers can be dialled.
City
All phone numbers without a provider area code can be dialled.
Note:
If GSM access is used for an outgoing call, the PBX automatically
dials the phone number with the configured area code (national desti-
nation code).
