Message List

Distributing Messages

The messages in a voice mail/fax box can be distributed to other voice mail/
fax boxes.

Proceed as follows:

•

Using the telephone

 

1. Open the message list of the voice mail/fax box.

2. Only for voice mailboxes: In the list field on the left, above the message 

list, select one of the following options:

Interrupts the recording playback.

Jumps backwards 5 seconds when the recording is being played 
back.

Ends the recording playback.

Jumps forwards 5 seconds when the recording is being played back.

Deletes the selected recording.

Ends the recording playback and closes the menu.
