You can join a meeting through the integrated Microsoft Exchange 'Calendar Reminder'
To join a meeting:
In the integrated Exchange Calendar reminder that pops up in the AC-HRS device screen,
click
Join
(or
Snooze
or
Dismiss
).

Viewing a Called Party's Presence Status when Calling Them
You can viewing a called party's presence status when making an outgoing call. In the screen
below, for example, you can see that the presence status of the called party (Donald) is 'Busy'.

Icon Presence Status
Description
Busy
Busy and don’t want to be interrupted.
Available
Online and available for other contacts to call.
Away
It appears that the person is currently away.

Operating the Speaker from the AC-HRS
You can operate the speaker from the AC-HRS device. Every operation performed on the AC-
HRS device is automatically synced with the external speaker, and vice versa. The AC-HRS
device features all the speaker's functionalities:
volume down
volume up
mute
answer call
end call
etc.
Participants can optionally operate the speaker locally.
