Align the SuperTrak Conveyance Platform Section
Heights
1. At the upper v-rail joint, measure the offset between the two (2) upper v-rails.
If the offset exceeds ±0.07 mm (0.0027 in.), the SuperTrak conveyance
platform sections are not aligned.
The image below illustrates a possible validation process, where two (2)
indicators are mounted to a pallet to measure the offset between the two (2)
upper v-rails.
2. If the height is not aligned:
a. Loosen the four (4) screws on the top of the stand that requires
adjustment.
b. Adjust the height adjustment screw up or down until the height is
aligned.
c. Tighten the four (4) screws from step a.
d. Repeat step 1.
