10. Select the appropriate Thermocouple Batches if using calibrated thermocouples. If not using

these, select Zero Offset.

NOTE: Temperature control will be much more accurate if using calibrated thermocouples. Further, using

a single batch for all thermocouples will be more convenient and present less chance of an error.
11. Verify that the information in the Extensometers and Arm Ratio areas is correct.

NOTE: By default, both boxes in the Extensometers section are checked and 20:1 is the Arm Ratio.
