Front Panel Description

6.

Input 7 & 8 Auxiliary Source

 - There are two ways of configuring this wiring.

•

Two Sources With A Summed Mono Signal

 - For connecting two stereo sources with a resulting

mono signal to the amplifier, connect the Right output (+) of the source to the (R) input terminal of

Input 7 and the Left output (+) of the source to the (L) input terminal of Input 7 and the ground

connection of the source output to the Input (G) terminal. The right and left signals will be

electronically summed into one mono signal. Repeat these steps for Input 8.

•

Single Stereo Source

 - Feeding a stereo signal to the amplifier will require the use of both Inputs 7

and 8. Connect the Right output (+) of the source to the (R) input terminal of Input 7 and the

Left output (+) of the source to the (L) input terminal of Input 8 and the ground connection of the

source output to the Input (G) terminal.

Note:

Input 7 (L) and Input 8 (R) terminals are not used, NO

 CONNECTION.

7.

Panel Mount Holes

 - There are two holes for screws to secure the DPA-AMIX to the amplifier

  chassis. Only use M3 x 8MM screws.

DIP Switch Settings

Before installing the card into the amp determine how Inputs 5 and 6 will function. Configure the Dip

Switches to the installation requirements then install the card.
