6 .1 .3 Gas circuit:
- Check that the connectors are correctly tightened.
- Open the gas valve, drain the pipes and check the
seal upstream of the gas unit.
- Check the network gas pressure:

The pump does not work, no electrical power.
Green LED on:
The pump works normally.

Check that the boiler has been correctly set for
the type of gas distributed .
Refer to the Gas change section ( page 37 ).
6 .1 .4 Electric circuit:
- Check that the phase-neutral polarity of the electrical
power supply is respected.
- Check that all the equipment is connected to the
relevant connection terminals.
6 .2 Commissioning the heat pump
- Engage the main isolator switch of the installation.
When first put into service (or in winter), to preheat
the compressor, engage the main isolator switch
of the installation (outdoor unit power supply) for
several hours before the tests.
- Switch on the Start/Stop button of the heat pump.
To guarantee the correct operation of inputs EX1,
EX2, EX3 : Check that the phase-neutral polarity
of the electrical power supply is respected.
When put into service and every time that the Start/Stop
switch is switched off and then back on, the outdoor
unit requires approximately 4 min. to start up even if the
regulation has demanded heating.
The display may show error 370 when starting.
Do not worry, the communication will be
reestablished between the outdoor unit and the
hydraulic module after a few minutes.
During the initialisation phase of the regulator, all of
the symbols are displayed, then the "Data, update",
then"Heat pump status" is displayed.
- Make all of the specific settings for the regulation
(configuration of the installation in particular):
- Press
OK
- Hold the button for 3s and select the access level
"Putting into service" using the knob.
- Confirm with the
OK
button
- Set the heat pump regulation parameters (consult the
list of settings § 7.4.3, page 56 ).
When putting into service (or in the case of an error 10)
the burner may start even if the instantaneous
outdoor temperature is higher than the top-up trigger
temperature
The regulation uses one mean initial outdoor temperature
of 0°C and needs time to update this temperature.
To counter this situation, with the outdoor sensor correctly
connected, reset the parameter 8703 (commissioning
level, consumer diagnosis menu).
