ATIM_ACW-MR4_UG_EN_V1.5
The data contained in the frame will then include the value of the four inputs as well as a flag indicating which input
has been triggered (note that bits 4 - 7 will always be at "0" in a periodic measurement frame).
EXAMPLE
0xA0 01 12 => Input 1 change from high to low state (0x12 = 0b00010010).
0xA0 01 21 => Input 2 change from high to low state (0x21 = 0b00100001).
0xA0 01 03 => Every input flag is set to 0 (0x03 = 0b00000011). It means this frame is a periodical measurement
frame and has not been sent after an input state change.
Alert measurement frame
NOTE
The ACW-MR4, alerts only apply when a counter is exceeded.
If the Timestamp is activated, 4 bytes with the Timestamp value will be preceded by the header (byte 1).
For each of the channels in alert a header is inserted and is constituted as follows:
Byte1
Byte2
Byte3

(0xA0 without timestamp)
(0xE0 with timestamp)
