Clamping of the tires
Loosen the arrestor of the mounting head.
Move the mounting head into the highest and very back position and
arrest it again.
The mounting tower must be swivelled to the back.
Rims with an asymmetric drop-centre must be positioned in that way,
so that the narrow rim shoulder is at the top.
It is recommendable to clamp light alloy rims only with the cone,
including the plastic protection.
Position the rim on the turntable.
The driving pin on the turntable must be inserted into a
lug nut hole.
Now take the shaft including the clamping nut, cone and, if
necessary, distance adapter.
Pull on the upper handle and place the clamping mechanism through
the center hole of the rim and into the hexagonal hole of the
turntable. Then release the upper handle.
Now guide the cone to the rim by pressing the quick release handles.
Then fix the wheel by turning the complete quick nut on the foldable
handles.
