Advanced Library
The
Library
icon on the Project bar offers three
Advanced Library
tabs that
provide settings to create a
Flag
to track settings, a
Monitor
for events or a
Macro
for buttons. The table below gives a brief description of each section
and the pages that follow provide instructions to create a macro and Monitor.
Flag
Flags are created to include parameters when settings are changed
to indicate the current status.
Monitor
Monitors allow you to set Conditions for Digital Input (dry contact)
and Digital Input (VDC) signals and Flags on a port that will initiate
an Action. In addition, you can create
Listen to port
and
Query
port
monitors which check a device’s status to initiate actions.
Macro
Macros initiate a sequence of actions on one or more hardware
devices.

Opens a pop-up window to create a Flag, Monitor or Macro.
x
Closes the Library window.
