Installation
Follow the steps below to safely install devices to the VM3200 / VM3250.
1. Use a grounding wire to ground the unit by connecting one end of the wire
to the grounding terminal, and the other end of the wire to a suitable
grounded object.
Note: Do not omit this step. Proper grounding helps prevent damage to the
unit from surges or static electricity.
2. Install input and output boards to the VM3200 / VM3250. For detailed
steps, see Installing the Input / Output Boards , page 39.
3. Connect one or more AV source devices to the Video and Audio port(s)
of the input board(s) you installed.
4. Connect one or more video display devices to the Video port(s) of the
output boards you installed.
