Remote network control
Once the display is connected via LAN connection, you can access the display’s built-in
remote network control interface using a computer and the display’s IP address.
Notes:
• The computer and display must have the same
Subnet Mask
,
Default Gateway
,
Primary DNS
and
Secondary DNS
settings.
• You cannot control the display via the RS-232C connection when LAN control is in use. However, you
can set the TCP port number of the LAN connection to 4660 if you want to control the display using
RS-232 protocol. See "RS232 commands over the network" on page 34.
• The recommended Internet browser is Internet Explorer version 7.0 or higher.
