Refer to the audio configuration table below for the function of the audio ports in
2, 4, 6, or 8-channel configuration.
9. Microphone port (pink).
This port connects a microphone.
10. Side Speaker Out port (gray).
This port connects the side speakers in an
8-channel audio configuration.

11. USB 2.0 ports 1 and 2, 3 and 4.
These 4-pin Universal Serial Bus (USB)
ports are available for connecting USB 2.0 devices.
Connect the IR receiver ONLY to USB port 3 and 4, which support remote
control function. Plugging any other USB devices to these two ports will turn on
the computer.

External SATA port
. This port connects to an external SATA box or a Serial
ATA port multiplier. This port supports a Serial ATA hard disk drive that you
can combine with an external Serial ATA 3.0 Gb/s device to configure a RAID
0, RAID 1, or JBOD set through the onboard Silicon Image
®
SATA RAID
controller.
