PROGRAMMING THE TABBER

IMPORTANT

WHEN SETTING GAP VOLTAGE AND TAB VOLTAGE MANUALLY,
SOFTWARE DETERMINES IF TAB TYPE IS OPAQUE OR CLEAR, BASED ON
VOLTAGE READINGS YOU SELECT.

Once you are finished, press

BACK

key twice.

Close and lock Exit Roller Assembly.

Lower Pressure Roller Release Latch.

Test Tabber for proper operation.

If you experience tab advancement or positioning problems

–

verify proper threading,

transport setup, media length, tab type and tab pitch settings.

Programming Jobs

We will begin with simpler jobs and progress to more complicated ones. At beginning of each
section is an illustration of type of tabbing or stamp affixing to help you find the starting point
for programming a job.

NOTE: Each job must be programmed for Tab Voltage (V-Tab) information as each Job
Program retains that information individually.

IMPORTANT

BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO PROGRAM ANY JOB, SET UP FEEDER AND
TABBER TO FEED MEDIA. THEN PROGRAM JOB.
