Message
Warning
(applies to all
clutch faults)
Clutch Control Low Voltage
Machine battery voltage is below 20 volts while attempting to
engage clutch.
Clutch missing keyswitch power Input speed detected but no keyswitch power.
No Clutch Input Speed
Input speed missing while attempting to engage the clutch.
Clutch Pressure XDCR Fault
Pressure Transducer is returning a voltage below 0.8 volts.
Pressure Transducer is returning a voltage above 1.2 volts.
Clutch Oil Pressure Fault
Clutch oil pressure is low.
Clutch disengaged due to a pressure fault while it was engaged.
Clutch Oil Temperature Fault
Clutch oil temperature is too high.
Clutch disengaged after 15 minutes of a temperature fault being
reported.
Clutch Oil Filter Clog
Filter is clogged and must be replaced.
Clutch disengaged after 15 minutes of a filter clog being reported.
Clutch PWM Coil Fault
PWM Coil may be defective with too high of a resistance or a wire
may be cut.
PWM Coil may be defective with too low of a resistance or a wire
may be grounded.
PWM wiring or coil may be defective, possible low controller input
voltage, or extreme high temperature.
Clutch ON/OFF Coil Fault
ON/OFF Coil may be defective with too high of a resistance or a
wire may be cut.
PWM Coil may be defective with too low of a resistance or a wire
may be grounded.
Clutch Equipment Safety Fault
Switch not returning voltage to the controller. Clutch can not be
engaged.
Switch not returning voltage to the controller. Clutch will NOT
automatically disengage due to this fault.
Clutch Engage Prevented
Engagement prevented because of engine speed. Clutch will not
engage if the engine speed is above 1100 RPM.
Engine Stalled
Engine stalled while attempting engagement. Engine speed went
to zero or was lost while attempting to engage the clutch.
