3.6.5.2 Editing Customer and System Information
1) Open the system.

2) If not already selected, from the Left Menu , click System Information .

3) To edit a field:
a) Click the text field.
b) Enter the text.
c) Press Return to update.

4) To propagate the system information edits to the DCS, click Publish System .
For more information on how to (re)publish a system, see Section 3.4.1 “Publishing
CLIQ™ Go System to DCS” , page 23.

5) From the Top menu , select Close system when finished editing.
This will allow other users to open the current system.
3.6.5.3 Managing Personal Customer Information
1) Open the customer's system.
•
To stop processing the customer's data, under System Information , scroll
down and click Stop processing customer data .
When data processing is stopped, the customer information is kept in the
database, but hidden in CLIQ™ Express. To resume data processing, contact
IKON for support.
•
To remove the customer's personal data, under System Information , scroll
down and click Remove personal data .
Once removed, the system will be hidden in DCS, and will not be available in
CLIQ™ Express. However, customers can still continue using the system in
CLIQ™ Go applications.
